Uniform Self Referral

KidsBank offers uniform support to families with Primary School aged children (4-11 years), who are experiencing hardship and who live within AND attend a school in Flintshire or Cheshire West & Chester. Any family in need of support for Primary School uniform can submit a Uniform Referral for their children. 

We process uniform referrals twice a year as follows:

  • Summer Uniform – You can submit a referral for summer uniform from 1st March – 31st March. These referrals will be processed and delivered during the Easter holidays so that it is with you ahead of the school summer term. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
  • Autumn Uniform – You can submit a referral for autumn uniform from 1st June – 31st July. These referrals will be processed and delivered in the school summer holidays so that it is with you ahead of the new school year. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
 
KidsBank only accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of these times. If you wish to make an emergency referral request, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankflintshire.com.
 
PLEASE NOTE – WE CANNOT PROVIDE ITEMS WITH SCHOOL LOGOS. 
ONLY REQUESTS FOR NON BRANDED ITEMS (WITHOUT LOGOS) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Our Uniform Self Referral Form can be filled in where all of the following applies:
  • You are experiencing hardship and need support with uniform items for your Primary School aged children
  • You live within Flintshire or Cheshire West & Chester
  • Your children attend a Primary School in Flintshire or Cheshire West & Chester  

Please complete one referral for all your children you wish to apply for. Once the referral has been prepared, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
