Uniform Self Referral

KidsBank offers Primary School Uniform support to families who have children aged 4-11 years old, who are experiencing hardship and who live in Flintshire. Any family in need of support for primary school uniform can submit a Uniform Referral for their children. We give children’s clothing up to size 12-13 years.

We process uniform referrals twice a year as follows:

  • Summer Uniform – You can submit a referral for summer uniform from 1st March – 1st April. These referrals will be processed and delivered during the Easter holidays so that it is with you ahead of the school Summer Term. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
  • Autumn Uniform – You can submit a referral for autumn uniform from 1st June – 1st August 2025. These referrals will be processed and delivered in the school summer holidays so that it is with you ahead of the new school year. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
 
KidsBank accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of these windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankflintshire.com.
 
PLEASE NOTE – WE CANNOT PROVIDE ITEMS WITH SCHOOL LOGOS. ONLY REQUESTS FOR ITEMS FOR NON-BRANDED ITEMS (WITHOUT LOGOS) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Our Uniform Self Referral Form can be filled in where all of the following applies:
  • You are experiencing hardship and need support with uniform items for your children
  • You live within Flintshire or Cheshire West & Cheshire
  • Your children attend Primary School in Flintshire  

Please complete one referral for all your children you wish to apply for. 

Once the referral has been prepared, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
