Uniform Professional Referral

KidsBank offers Primary School Uniform support to families with children aged 4-11 years old, who are experiencing hardship and live in Flintshire.  

We process uniform referrals twice a year as follows:

  • Summer Uniform – You can submit a referral for summer uniform from 1st March – 1st April . These referrals will be processed and delivered during the Easter holidays so that it is with you ahead of the school Summer Term. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
  • Autumn Uniform – You can submit a referral for autumn uniform from 1st June – 1st August. These referrals will be processed and delivered in the school summer holidays so that it is with you ahead of the new school year. Once your referral is ready, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
 
KidsBank accept Emergency Uniform Referrals outside of these windows. If you need to make an emergency referral, please contact us by emailing info@kidsbankflintshire.com
 

PLEASE NOTE – WE CANNOT PROVIDE ITEMS WITH SCHOOL LOGOS. ONLY REQUESTS FOR NON BRANDED ITEMS (THOSE WITHOUT LOGOS) WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Our Professional Uniform Referral Form can be filled in and submitted by a midwife, health visitor, teacher, social care worker, housing officer or other front-line professional, where all of the following applies:

  • The family has given their consent to a referral being made on their behalf
  • The family has been consulted to ensure the information provided is accurate and only the items needed for the upcoming term are requested
  • The family is experiencing hardship and lives in Flintshire or Cheshire West & Chester
  • The children being referred attend Primary School(s) in Flintshire 
  • Family details, including parent’s full name, current address and telephone number have been provided
 

Please complete one referral for all the children in the family being referred.

Once the referral has been prepared, we will contact you directly to arrange collection.
